INTRODUCTION
he City of Mercer Island (City) is releasing a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) from qualified professional surveying firms interested in providing on-call land surveying services.

BACKGROUND
The City intends to contract with second on-call land surveying consultant to ensure sufficient capacity and responsiveness for current and future project needs. Through its various departments, the City requires ongoing professional land surveying services to support a broad range of initiatives. No specific projects are listed in this RFQ. Individual scopes of work will be developed as defined by the City based on projects, priorities, and budget. The selected consultant will serve as a partner, working collaboratively with the City to provide specialized surveying and mapping-related services.
