City communications encompass public outreach through this website, traditional print/TV/radio outlets, social media, E-newsletters, cable TV broadcasting, advertising, mailers and other means.
The City also implements frequent public engagement campaigns that often involve workshops, town meetings, comment opportunities, public hearings, and surveys. Many of our larger or long-running projects use the City's online public engagement platform Let's Talk Mercer Island to interact with community members and stakeholders.
Working in partnership with all City departments, City communications are coordinated from within the City Manager's office.
